Anti-Bullying Flashmob

A local school here created this anti-bullying flashmob last month in a local mall with the right message - just in time for Pink Shirt Day tomorrow, February 23, 2011. The song's so perfect for it too right?

really made me smile that did, thankyou (^_^) i left school 4 years early because of bullying & 10 years on the effects are still there. It's nice to see so many young people doing something possitive about this =)

Chloe - so sorry to hear that happened to you, school can be so cruel and if we only knew then what we know now.

Thanks for posting this! You have great timing. In my Health for Educators class this week we are studying bullying. This is very relevant, and I LOVE that all those dancers are students! Very inspiring. The little kids in the middle at the end made me happy.

This is fantastic! I teach in a middle school in Calgary, and in our school, we have video announcements, which I'm in charge of. When I'm putting them together this morning, I'm going to put that video on, and encourage kids to wear pink shirts tomorrow! Thanks!!

i love these flash things...they always make me cry and especially when there is a message and especially one as important as anti bullying campaigns. our council man here in fort worth, tx, joel burns did an amazing speech at the local council meeting which got noticed by ellen degeneres.

question - since this is yours, how do i spread the word to something like my facebook page or my own itty bitty blog?

i hope to hear from you.

Hi Ann,

This isn't my video, and is embedable by anyone, just click on the YouTube button and you can get the code there to embed on your own site or link if you wish.

It's so embarrassing to be all blubbery in my cube at work but what a fabulous reason. Love this flash mob and that song IS perfect. Who is it?
