Summer always has us dreaming of a nice little cabin getaway, especially on the beach. And wouldn't it be nice if it was yours? Stumbled upon this quaint little cabin overlooking a beautiful water view here in the Pacific Northwest recently and thought it was a perfect size for a small family vacation cottage, and quite obtainable to build really.



Located in Langley, (Washington U.S.A.), the cabin sits on a very large lot that leads down to the beach.  Originally built in 1966 and recently updated with a black exterior and veranda/drop-down deck, this one bedroom (and adaptable den/bedroom) was listed (and sold) back in 2016 for $330K.

A sweet little spot to spend the hot days of summer (don't you think)?
