Loving this simple, open and efficient build by Alberta-based firm, Bioi Studio. The clients wanted a replacement home on their rural farmstead all for under $100.  The result is a modern tiny home, with a singular interior volume and an exterior skin that is draped in black corrugated steel sheets long enough to extend the full length of the house. The interior is differentiated by structural steel frames, and an interior birch-clad 'box' that contains a kitchen, bath, laundry and storage leaving room for a living/dining area, and bedroom at the back. Both the front and back walls are punched into the form to providing a small weather shield for the entry doors on both sides.
