The new August (yes August - gasp!) issue of Inside Out Magazine is out this Thursday featuring their "living with white" edition and Managing Editor, Lee Tran Lam dropped a few sneak peek images into our mailbox today to share with you!  She explains:

"The August issue is full of features on how to create white homes that still have warmth and personality – and how to balance these palettes with practical considerations (let's face it, white is not the most forgiving colour to clean)!

The cover story is on architect William Drew, who ended up with a better house after his neighbours initially objected to his plans (this turned out to be a massive positive, as the design he created in response is even greater than original and now he is really good friends with everyone next door, too)! Creating a white home that a family can live in is a tricky dilemma – but textile and wallpaper designer Karina Pires (who runs House of Six ) pulls this off elegantly. Jess and Sam also focus on great finishing touches, too – such as knobs and handles, and big comfy cushions; after all, it's these accessories that can add to the personal feel of a home (regardless of whether your rooms take an all-white approach or draw on more of the rainbow)".
