Montreal-based, Noémiah has a new pret-a-porter Spring collection that we love, called "Les Herbes Folles" (a french title that Noémie tells us can be translated to "The Windy Landscape"). For this collection, Noemiah worked with Montreal based illustrator Paule T.B. to create unique, fun and very feminine prints.
