We've got a little sneak peek from Inside Out Magazine's July edition coming out Thursday (June 19/14). As Managing Editor, Lee Tran Lam explains about the new issue; "We've got a story on what it's like to take on a "renovator's delight" (and if it really is as much of a "delight" as real estate agents claim)! A group of friends (who call themselves 'A Gentleman's Agreement') bought a seriously rundown place (the floor was rotten, the staircase was gone, there was no kitchen or bathroom even in place), and meticulously made it over – with some styling help from local duo Cool Edie's – and tried to sell it afterwards. As you could imagine, they have quite a few war stories to tell! Styling by Jane Frosh. Photography by Phu Tang."

Lee Tran also tells us, their stylist Jessica Hanson "produced a feature
on how to create a bedroom for a little adventurer, as photographed by
Amanda Prior (below)."
"As well, Jessica also styled a feature on how to draw out the subtle beauty of fabric (below). Photography by Amanda Prior. Projection photography by
Stephanie Stamatis."

They also have a few cozy
homes in their newest issue. "There's the surprisingly hitch-free renovation of a
Melbourne family (I think they nailed getting the perfect nook as you
can see – their window seat also doubles as a bed, and works as a good
spot for daydreaming,
too), as styled by Emma O'Meara and photographed by Nikole Ramsay", says Lam.

"And a
so-called "man cave" belonging to furniture dealer Guy Mathews. I think
anyone would enjoy all the vintage charms – like those cool age-worn
signs! – that he's cleverly snuck into this apartment, though", explains Lam. Styling

The July issue of Inside Out Magazine is out Thursday and is available at newsagents or digitally via Zinio, Google Play, iTunes & Nook.
