Hotel Style | Freehand Miami Hostel

@freehandmiami

Have you heard or seen these boutique-style hostels popping up around?  Thanks to Poppytalk reader, Viet, we now have.  Like the Drift hotel we featured in the Baja of Mexico last week, the young independent traveller is looking for a new concept of stylish and welcoming accommodations with much more affordable prices than regular hotels. Like the one we're featuring today: Freehand Miami, a reinvention of the historic Indian Creek Hotel, one of Miami Beach’s classic 1930s Art Deco buildings. Loads of style here, with it's option of private and shared accommodations, even a bungalow for a more group option.  The hostel offers Saturday morning yoga sessions, Sunday Bar-b-ques and the odd art class.  The place has a nice casual decor, perfect for a little hostel party atmosphere.  Let's take a look!  All photo's from Freehand's site gallery taken by the hostel itself, along with some of their guests.
