Washi Tape Inspiration from mt tape

Brighten a kitchen

On my search for a little washi tape this past weekend, I decided to go to the source and visit the original mt tape site out of Japan.  Whilst there and much to my delight I came across a little washi tape inspiration gallery.  From a cute typewriter makeover (including journal taping for notes) to a colourful and fun wallpapered kitchen, here's a few washi tape decor ideas, Japanese-style.

Fab ideas! I've already used Washi tape to highlight the edges of my little sidetable (yellow table, and now hot neon pink edge). I am thinking of doing a little something above my bed, too…

How cute is the piano! Those little planters (third picture) would look adorable in the window of my kitchen.
