I'm a little late putting this out, but didn't want to go without mentioning West Elm's new Market shops opening across North America right now. Working with small business they've created a mini market tool kit filled with beautiful and useful tools to help with everyday living from the kitchen to the garden. I'm loving everything in this collection (lots of nice stuff). The first one opened up in Brooklyn's D.U.M.B.O. neighborhood last week, and on November 1st another will open in Costa Mesa and November 8th additional market shop-in-shops will appear in West Elm stores in Dallas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Nashville, New York City, Seattle and Toronto (no mention of Vancouver - but hope so). West Elm is coming to Indianapolis, Indiana as well! It should be opening soon... I can hardly wait!
I'm from Toronto and very delighted. Why? Because when I was in New York a few weeks ago I picked up that Sea Salt Soap from Love, Adorned in Nolita for my boyfriend and I and it is the most marvelous soap I've ever come across. The sea salt is incredibly invigorating and amazing for the skin, and the bar itself has a lovely fresh scent. Even my boyfriend was delighted to know that he was getting his own bar as well!
So, I'm excited that the store is coming to Toronto so that I can get more of this terrific soap... And not to mention all the other awesome stuff! : )
