DIY Hanging Planter


Heather of Restless Oasis sent over this cute little DIY Hanging Planter she made recently (isn't it cute)? Using fabric twine and a piece of wood (she stained), the project cost her roughly $12! (See more below):

And where does the water drain?

I actually chose a succulent because it requires minimal water ( it's in the cactus family). I simply water it once a week and let the water drain for a couple hours:).

Smart move on the succulent. I hadn't even thought of that part.
It would look really cool with one of those long vine plants but I can understand that wouldn't be too practical.
