Inspiration: Stuart Frost's Scorched Elms

A little inspiration from an installation (done back in 2008) by Stuart Frost who created these patterns by scorching (un-living trees) for Tranekær International Centre for Art and Nature in Langeland, Denmark.  Aren't these stunning? See more of his work here. (Via studiogblog.com)
