I have to say, this Moroccan inspiration has snuck up on me a bit. I'm not sure if I'm all about it in my own home, but I am liking them in pictures. I quite like this kitchen and it's basic palette with a little middle eastern tile action jumping out as a surprise –don't you? I was thinking one could make this easily happen too by tiling a wooden crate and just placing it on the countertop with shelving. Would be a cute little weekend project even. Hmmm..? I love this little pop of colour in an otherwise quite monochrome kitchen. I even like the idea of just having a few tiles dotted around as hot mats etc.
Oh goodness I´m in love with this kitchen. Thanks for the inspiration!
I love Moroccan influences lately too. This book is all about Morrocan design. Beautiful!
