Printing with Fabric (10 DIY's)

(Photo from House and Home – May 2012, Styling – Margot Austin, Photography – Michael Graydon).

I was inspired recently by a block print DIY I happened upon in May’s House and Home magazine by Senior Design Editor, Margot Austin. Inspired by the relaxed boho vibe of block-printed textiles produced by some of her favorite design houses, Margot decided to mimic the look using stamps and fabric paint.  The result is an easy and inexpensive way to bring a little of this look to your home or cabin for the summer.  With that in mind, I searched out a few more printing with fabric tutorials online – for a post today at Babble; you can check them if you're interested HERE. (Psssst! All so easy and inexpensive - no need for a lot of equipment).

I'm really picky when it comes to prints - the design, the colour, the type of fabric - so I love this idea. Now I just need to keep an eye out for gorgeous stamps.
