Spring takes on a whole new meaning for me now that my boyfriend and I have started growing vegetables on our rooftop. It has become standard at this time of year in our home to find seed packs by the bed, the Farmer's Almanac in the bathroom, and electric blankets on the window pane. But I bear it all with extreme excitement for what will soon be fresh vegetables on our kitchen table! Happy gardening, everyone!
