Contributor post by Elisabeth Dunker of Fine Little Day
I'm privileged enough to be able to visit peoples homes sometimes for work. I do love when the person(s) who lives there has a personality showing in their home. The best days are when they let me into their everyday life and show me around unconditionally.
A couple of days ago I had a moment like that. It was a visit to the lady who lives here. I was doing a photo shoot for a magazine and was supposed to take a portrait. Well I did, take the portrait, it went well, the lady was nice. Afterwards things turned even more nice though, when she said "yes" for me to go around and look in her apartment (yes I asked, I always ask). It was just that kind of warm and interesting home that I like; filled with personality and treasures from a lifetime of collecting. Oh quality time!
