Eastside Culture Crawl This Weekend!

The 15th Annual Eastside Culture Crawl a FREE 3-day visual arts event takes place this weekend here in Vancouver where more than 10,000 people visit artists in their studios in the area bounded by Main Street and Victoria Drive north of First Avenue in Vancouver, Canada.  From painting to fashion, the weekend offers people the chance to see the cool art being made and support local artists. The Mergatroid Building would be a great place to start if you're interested in ceramics to see such artists as Dahlhaus, Heyday Design, Laura McKibbon, and Eikcam. Or Railway Street featuring Meghan Leeburn, Kearney, Hugh, Union Wood Company and the fun handbag outfit, Astrosatchel and some First Nations artists at 458 East Hastings Street. Program guides are being distributed throughout the city or you can download the printable PDF here.

Have to work this weekend, but I hope to be able to check out some of these artists. The Crawl is never disappointing. Love Dalhaus!
