Sunday Reading

Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home toured by The Brick House

According to IKEA's swedish blog Livet Hemma,  IKEA will be selling a limited edition of beautiful 100% wool carpets from Turkey.  These antique kilims have been given a new life taking recycled pieces, some with new stains and sewn together into patchwork carpets.  The carpets which all have Turkish origin have been named SILKEBORG and will start to be sold November 11th.  (I hope they make their way to N. America)!

I'm loving these leather braided belts(?) around these magazines on the shelves!  So good.  From Mokkasin.

Today is such the perfect Sunday for cozying up with a good book. And that leather belt idea is brilliant! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

We used to do that with belts when I worked as a merchandiser for the Bay (Canada) and I always loved it! Those carpets look amazing!
