Laundry rooms are usually the last room that gets attention (for us anyway), and sometimes all they may need is a flowery sink curtain, a bold rug or a fresh coat of paint! Our laundry room is actually a closet so it’s even more important to make it look right (especially if the closet doors have been removed). As we look for ideas for our own home, I’ve been collecting inspiring images to work from and am sharing them today over at Babble. I so agree - laundry rooms are often neglected but we do spend lots of time in there - I love a bold wall color or colorful accessories - it can give so much personality!

I seem to spend so much time in our lau dry room. I think yesterday i did at least five loads. And yet, my poor laundry room is the one room in our house that I have never really invested any time in redesigning. After looking at some of these i feel inspired to see what i can do to make more of the space and a more pleasant room to be in. That being said, I still don't think i'll ever enjoy doing the laundry :)
