Weekend Project: Colour Block a Chair!
I just saw this image over at Livet Hemma and loved this idea of mixed chairs and the colour blocking of one or two of them. The chair painted is the IVAR chair ($35 in Canada and $19.99 in the US). Block paint it and you have yourself a pretty nice little chair. (It sort of reminds me of this project from H&H). And how about that BOJNE chair? Don't you love it? Why I've never noticed it before is beyond me. I'm thinking dipping the legs in a nice yellow (colour block style) would be nice, yes? Anyway, a trip to IKEA I think is in order! Hope you're having a lovely weekend!

Love the blue chair! I've totally had yellow dip thinking going on too & just finished props for an upcoming market.

I like the Bojne - it seems loosely based on a Wegner chair. Sadly, like most of my favourite Ikea pieces, it's not available in Western Australia!
what a great idea! I love that! :) -Lo
