Pacman Halloween Garland

Do the little ghosts in PacMan give you the heebee-jeebee's? Kate of Mini-eco says they do her (in a friendly kind of way); and thought they would make an excellent Halloween garland. And you can make it too - as she' got a how-to and template available on her blog here! (Via Craftzine).
