This is how uncultured I am: the only reason I know the Canucks is from How I Met Your Mother. No joke. (Also, if it's any excuse, I'm American.)
Yaaayyyy!!!! Go Canucks!
From a BC girl in Calgary :)
Wish I was there!
The cup really does need to be in Canada....specifically, Vancouver BC!!
Go Canucks!
I'm so nervous, and excited! My goodness, this could be it!!
Go Canucks Go!
WOOO! Go Canucks - all the way from Ireland! Sending the luck of the Irish, as cheesy as that sounds.
Finger's crossed and nervously anticipating the game:)!!
Thanks for crediting my photo! Go Canucks Go!
Go Canucks!
Whoohoo! Keep it home boys!
Hockey is our game, afterall..
Cheering on from Toronto!
ooohh not looking so good right now....
Womp womp. No cheering tonight in the city. Sure is cool to see the bruins so happy though, very cool maybe Vancouver next time?
What a difference a day can make and the disgraceful performance of a crowd of hooligans over the outcome of a sporting event. I hope there is enough video tape to lock a few hundred of them up for a few months while they contemplate their actions. Congratulations Boston on a well deserved victory. I don't follow hockey didn't even watch the game but like most Canadians I'm ashamed of the outcome.
Hmm. Some of us think the Cup belongs with an Original Six team rather than those johnny-come-lately Canucks. :-)
(I try to keep sports out of blogging these days but since you brought it up...)
