I'm in love with this idea! Tricky :)
very sweet. keep those evil slugs out for a while.
Really cool!
But "Found via Pinterest. Photographer not credited."...
:( :( :(
I think when the photographer is not credited, you should not credit the way you found the photo, like, here, Pinterest.
For the credit, the author first and the intermediary, before, if the first condition is complete... it is my opinion!
wow that's really cool! i may have to do that...we have kitties and i can't ever have any greens or flowers in the house cuz they eat them, i wonder if this would help..?
xx
What a great idea!
So happy that you all liked my idea. Just joined Pinterest and found out that this photo of mine is quite popular :) Naming the source is not the easiest always, no sweat! One of the joys of blogging (started 2006 so there are quite many of my ideas out there) - share the inspiration! And now I found your wonderful blog! xo, Minna :)
Minna! I thank you so very much for the idea!! Brilliant!
Doing this tonight... starting my herbs, next month flowers and veggies;, For my garden in Wisconsin need to start when I have time---the weather is too unreliable
Lovely photo & composition Blomsterverkstad but it's not an original idea, it goes way back. For example Bob Flowerdew shows it in his Organic Bible published in 1998. I was certainly doing it since the mid 1980s and expect I got the idea from Geoff Hamilton on TV.
The original poster/owner of this photo is Minna Mercke. She posted it on her blog on May 3, 2011. Her blog can be found here: http://blomsterverkstad.blogspot.com.au/
What if you did the same thing but used clear glass bottle, the bottoms could be vases and the tops mini cloches?
Just a thought....
