DIY: Painted Water-paint Votives

This looks like such a simple yet pretty way to make something special and unique for a wedding or maybe a summer party.  Emily Newman of OnceWed.com drew painterly inspiration from Atlanta-based artist Michelle Armas to create these DIY painted water-paint votives.
