Off Cut Studio was created by Toronto local
Cameron MacLean. Through his work as a furniture maker he comes across a
continuous supply of small wood offcuts unsuitable for furniture. Over
the last few years Cameron has developed a series of designs aimed at
making use of these offcuts. They are largely inspired by clean and
simple shapes, as well as an affinity for retro design. We're loving his bike accessories especially. Check him out on the web:

I wonder how that beautiful wood would hold up here in vancouver? At least we have heaps of bike lanes to show it off ;)
True enough, but i guess it would be like a convertible - you only take it out on sunny days! : )
Beautiful, Wish there were more places here in the mountains where it would be easy to ride a bike. I'm not so great with steep inclines. But definitely a beautiful piece of craftsmanship regardless.
that is the cutest thing ever. if you really wanted to jazz up the wooden box too you could fill it with some dirt and succulents... ! (not so great for travel however, but would be CUTE!)
lyndsay - i was thinking the same thing!
