I've been eyeing these painted basket pendant lights from Free People's summer displays. They would be a fairly easy DIY to create. If you check out their post on how they made them, you'll see the baskets were taped with masking tape before being spray painted with primer, and then painted again with various neon summery colours. They remind me of Martha Stewart's dip-dyed baskets from August 2010. Click here to see Craft Dept.'s how-to.
