Pour is a series of work by New York-based artist Holton Rower who creates these psychedelic 3D works of art by pouring successive layers of paint over large rectangular cubes. How fun would this be? Via Honestly WTF.

This totally reminds me of those spin-art machines! I had one when I was a kid - and they both go to show that color, just COLOR, can do so much for something!
So stunning! Thanks for posting. It got my creative juices flowing for the day. :)
Wow! I'd love that in my house!
I sooo wanna try this!!!
This is so cool! Our 14 yr old is now contemplating all the different ways he can incorporate this method into artwork for his room and the bathroom he shares with his brothers!! Thanks for the inspiration! And I had forgotten all about the spiral art of my youth... I know that is something he would love!!
This is really great!!
whoa! so cool!!
LOL... a friend of mine was commenting on how she was going to pour paint all over her old tax forms and files and call her next installation "POOR"... now I know what she is talking about :)
VERY cool.
This is one of THE most inspiring and conceptual things I've seen... ever! I am so in awe. So in love!! It would be fun to do a smaller version as home decor. Or imagine how much fun kids would have with that - if only they could be strong enough to not touch the paint and create the biggest mess ever.
Thanks for sharing this!
