A funny and moving speech on nurturing creativity by Elizabeth Gilbert. A brilliant insight that every artist should consider. (via The Jealous Curator via Curbs and Stoops).

This is my favorite TED talk! She is so inspiring. This is one of the first things I ever posted on my blog because it's what got me to start my crafty adventure in the first place. I have been feeling less than inspired lately so this is perfect timing. :)

this is great! love the harry potter reference, especially since i was thinking that she and j.k. rowling probably have a lot of these feelings and worries in common... rowling even more that she in some ways.

I do love this talk and really enjoyed reading her book, Eat,Pray,Love. Shame had to walk away from the film with Julia Roberts, it lacks so much of the passion that the book has...
