love the bright garland. last year my kids painted, glittered & strung egg cartons in bright colors around the windows. not quite so chic but it was marvelous. and messy!

yipee! i love a BRIGHT NEON HAPPY XMAS. i am making things out of fluorescent colors for my tree this year. this is a great inspiration image!
