Laura Amiss
Laura Amiss is an illustrator and designer specializing in textile canvases and print. Having graduated in textiles from Goldsmiths College at the University of London, she now lives in Amsterdam with her husband and children and started working at the costume Atelier of the National Ballet and Opera House.
Her work is inspired by ordinary things, proverbs and poetry. She loves simple lines and subtle colour combinations. Her two passions are textiles and illustration which she has endeavored to combine the two in her work.
