One of my favourite evening pastimes are ice cream breaks, and so when I came across this ice cream blog yesterday by Lyndsay of Coco Cake Cupcakes, I had to investigate. The lucky girl got a new ice cream machine for her birthday (and fall over - waffle cone maker!) So you can only imagine the dreamy ice cream happening over there. Wish I was her neighbor! i have an ice cream machine but have not used it yet!!! now i really need to bust that thing out after seeing your images.... or maybe i will wait until it gets a wee bit warmer!

Ice cream is heavenly! I love to eat ice cream while sitting on the couch after the kids have gone to sleep....my own little piece of heaven I tell ya! I think having an ice cream maker would be fabulous!

My boyfriend also takes ice cream breaks every evening. He is pretty much addicted to B&J. I keep telling him he needs to buy stock in their company.
