January's First Seasonal Recipe
Claudia Pearson has just launched this past week the first of a whole year's worth of simple, seasonal recipes on her blog which we love almost as much as the illustration accompanying it. Fuschsia Mash looks like a tasty treat (a mixture of potatoes and beets) by chef Sung Uni Lee. Click here to write it down.
Speaking of recipes, our dear Wednesday contributer, Jeanette of Everybody Loves Sandwiches will be away this week and possibly next flying home to see family - (please send her positive thoughts), but if you're looking for a delicious recipe, please check out her blog archives for many delicious recipes to choose from.
