Do you have any New Year's resolutions? We usually like to sit down New Years Eve and write down what we accomplished this past year and what we'd like to accomplish in the new year. It's a fun exercise which creates a lot of discussion and puts a positive outlook for the year ahead. Here's a fun take on it (handmade/vintage style).

I think I will share with you, more or less 8-9 points. I will like to add, Love and be loved. And a bit of travell in and out your place. Read a bit more.
Have a great new year.
ditto! and I would add "stretch" to the list, too! love it!
Laugh deep belly laughs
and yep - stretching a bit more would be good ;-)
Goodness - the possiblities are endless. Lovely choices!
Great list. Some of those were already on my 2010 goals! Having Fun is definitely at the top.
Happy New Year!
All of these are excellent resolutions, and I love the photos illustrating them!
Now, to put them into practice...
gosh you make new year resolutions sounds so easy!
Hi Jan - fantastic resolutions and thank you SO much for including my love tags in your article ;-)
Great list, and picks!
Ah, yes! Here, Here!
What a great list. Thanks for sharing, dude.
You are F#$%ing amazing.
I love that Happy Happy print. Thanks for introducing me to that Etsy work.
I love your resolutions and the photographs that go with them. My New Years resolution is to live handmade and know more about what I am buying and who I am buying it from. In commitment to this resolution I have started learning to sew! Wish me luck...
Yes, yes and yes. Those have all been added to my list. Love it!!
wow i love this post :)
oh jan. I love this post. and not just because you featured one of my polaroids. (thank you, by the way)
xo
sweet collection...
thanks you guys and andrea - it's an andrea-esque post isn't it?
Neat list! This year, well, technically next year, my #1 resolution is to be more frugal. Figure I'm off to a good start after canning my old cell phone company and signing up with StraighTalk. I'll be saving about $500 next year!!! Hooray for that. Let's see what other cost cutting ideas I come up with :)
Lovely list!
Wonderful list and i like what others have added too.
What we do at new years is we write on a piece of paper something we would like to say good-bye to (ex. fear, stress, my job) and we burn it in a bowl while focusing on letting it go. Then we dump the ashes in the snow to be cleaned away. Then we take another piece of paper and write what we would like to say hello to in the new year (like your list). You can do what ever you want with that piece of paper- whatever feels right. It's a nice tradition for us : )
Niiiiiice!
Prospero año nuevo!
I'm pretty much in love with those earrings.
In the new year, I promise to learn patience!
great list! to that I will only add... slow down. happy new year!
nesting emily - nice tradition! thanks for sharing!
I posted your post as link to say BUON ANNO to all my friends: I agree 100% ...happy new year GG
Thanks to your link, I checked out the Pistachio Press shop - Gorgeous papers! Thank you!
I like the idea of reviewing all of the past year's accomplishments before making new resolutions. One year ago, I was wishing I could start my own blog, and last February I started writing and now I'm clicking away like there's no tomorrow!
Your resolutions are fun and original, and I might adopt a few for myself!
thank you thank you for this. you constantly provide inspiration... i am bookmarking this right now!
