Chromosoma by Javier Alejandre
Another preview showing at the Salone del Mobile di Milan 2009 is this amazing lamp, Chromosoma by Javier Alejandre, an industrial designer out of Madrid.
The root from which this design comes, revolves around the creation of a genealogical tree, which is shaped in a different way by every human being's vital pathway. The pieces are made of glazed ceramics in white color. Though the production system is plaster cast, the manufacture of every piece in the whole process, makes it unique.
Javier Alejandre will show his lamp in the Zona Tortona's at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile at the stand of IED.
