Comrags Fall 2009 at Toronto Fashion Week
I've been watching the Toronto Fashion Week coverage this week on Fashion Television through CTV and loved the Fall 2009 Comrags (a Canadian line). I just love the black and it's always interesting to watch how fashion influences other realms in the design world, and I can totally see black and grey (chesterfields - I'll use the Canadian term) with jewel toned (teal and emerald) cushions for fall. All very festive and cozy! And I just can't get enough of those black/brown ankle socks and shoes. (Images of the Comrags line via Blog TO).
Speaking of Comrags, I am in love with one of their dresses (below) from their summer line I just saw yesterday at Eugene Choo's here in Vancouver. It looked like it was made of taffeta. Love!

Oh wow! Wish I had legs like that! I'd wear those mod booties too!
hee hee!
chesterfield....
Comrags make great clothing, but I am intrigued that you love the black/brown ankle socks...
perhaps I am just too short to consider wearing anything which would break up the line of the leg. ;)
Love charcoal and teal though, and the idea of its translation to chesterfields!
I think if the skirt is at the knee it would be ok if your legs were shorter no?
I'm tall but still don't think I'd attempt the ankle socks + shoes look; although the models look great! Don't they always? Since I'm in the US, I'd never heard of this line and I think I've found another fashion soulmate! Thanks for introducing...
