Find a Happy Place
Khiti (a past PHM participant) has a new daily mantra which I'm loving, "Find A Happy Place" which means mentally transporting one's self to another place in times of distress. Such a great idea and you can read more about it and even find a link to buy the print she's designed to remind one by clicking on to our PHM community blog, here. Wishing you all a fantastic weekend - and that you find a happy place!
