MADE presents Felt Quilts
An installation by Kathryn Walter on quilts made of remnants and off-cut felt collected from work produced through her company, FELT is being presented by Made Design in Toronto this week.
The exhibition which opens with a reception January 8th (7-9pm) runs through to March 7th. The quilts are made from a range of pressed wool felts, machine-stitched with cotton backing and which are functional as bed covers or may be hung on the wall.
