The Collectors
We just came across this beautiful series of furniture from Sweden's Folkform today where they invited collectors to take part in the design process. Each furniture piece is unique and made from a donated herbarium or collection of butterflies. The collection of real plants were inserted into the masonite presses which created a permanent organic decoration embedded in the hardboard. (Via mintshop).

the deep see cupboard is fantastic.. are there masonite presses anywhere in the NYC area? This doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to replicate.
