The art of the display: following garlands

I came across this beautiful garland display (above) in one of our favorite flickr pools today from Petunia.typepad.com and love the romantic feel to it. Made from cupcake liners, old sheet music and patterned paper. You can see a close up of it at her blog. So pretty.

Then I was led here and here (see above) by Pam Garrison. These were made from coffee filters. Love the colors. Which led me to this amazing one from Lobster and Swan (below). So beautiful. Also check Lobster and Swan's etsy shop, lobsterandswan.etsy.com.

I love to shop at Anthropologie, even when I can't buy anything, the displays are very appealing and stimulating. I was surprised to see it featured here!
