ever since finding my childhood name bracelet in a drawer as a teenager i have worn it with great affection.

the shape and chain of the "Baby Bird Bracelet" are very reminiscent of the one around my wrist.

there is a little one in my life now, who has always seen this bracelet. maybe she would like an heirloom of her own.

I've been keeping my eye on these folks for a while and trying to find an occasion for which I can rationalize a purchase. I've been eyeing the Starbright earrings and the Friendship necklace. But all of their jewelry shows this amazing balance of light and dark, somber and bright, heavy and ephemeral. Amazing jewelery.
