I'm so excited about this upcoming show that fellow Canadian, Janine at the Uppercase Gallery in Calgary has on the horizon all about Old School. I've been seeing little sneak peeks here and there from some of the artist's blogs and flickr accounts who will be participating. It's been fun to watch people uploading their old kindergarten photo's etcetera that will be part of it.
There's also a book which will be accompanying the exhibit and can be preordered here. This exhibition of art and products inspired by old-fashioned elementary school starts August 23rd and runs through to the end of September, 2008. Click here to see the amazing list of participants and to find out more.
