my red wagon art
On the radar this week is mixed media artist, Amanda Ball out of Nashville, Tennesee and her new Etsy shop, My Red Wagon Art. Her work using found wood and metal, old photographs, paper and broken plates are beautifully evocative. They conjure up sweet distant, warm memories of endless childhood summers and long lost treasures. Bringing beauty to the decayed and new to the old.

I love these pieces, what a great artist! Thanks for introducing me to her work. Headed over to her etsy shop now:)
Wonderful old relics. I would have a hard time parting with them. She has a great eye for a composition.
The wooden box with the silhouette seems to be channeling "To Kill a Mockingbird." It conjures up the innocence of childhood tinged with something unexplainable.
Love that kind of art, I can take my eyes of that little bix, the paper boy and that heart, Just love it!!!!
