the art of the display: spontaneous framing
Another great idea for hanging art, as seen at O at Home magazine (Summer 2008). Steal stylist Michael Walter's idea and use wooden pant hangars to hold your favorite pieces of art. As Walters was quoted there, "It's spontaneous, but not sloppy." Walters is the co-author of Photos Style Recipes (Fireside, $16).

This is so original...I absolutely LOVE this! Thanks for sharing!!
That's funny that it was on O magazine! I started doing that with my print collection long time ago since it was too expensive to get all the prints framed! http://flickr.com/photos/ladiesandgentlemenhome/2309179843/in/set-72157604044143627/
usually I find these wooden pant hagners at thrift stores for cheap! I love older ones with various wood and form which mix it up a bit.
