Where in your home/apartment is your studio located?
I have the whole downstairs as my studio/office.

What equipment/tools do you use?
Well, I do different things in my studio. I work on writing Indie Fixx,
running the online boutique the Indie Fixx Shop and I create my own
jewelry designs, so I guess my main tools are my laptop and my jewelry
pliers. ;)

Do you have an inspiration board, and can you tell us what is inspiring you now?
My walls are covered in indie art prints that inspire me (pictured: work
from INK & WIT, The Black Apple and Yellena). I do have a little
inspiration board for mementos that make me feel all warm and fuzzy,
including some of my favorites from Calvin and Hobbes (http://www.marcellosendos.ch/comics/ch/index.html).

How do you create best (e.g. do you listen to music while you create and if so what?)
I listen to npr.org and pandora.com mostly. I love Radio Times, Talk of
the Nation and This American Life on NPR. On Pandora, I have hundreds
of stations set up but some of favorites include Sufjan Stevens, Elliott
Smith, Django Reinhardt, Neil Young, Surf Music and the Shins among so
many others.

If yours isn't, what would be your perfect studio?
One that is hella neater and with more windows!

Thanks jen!

Sitting down to soak up your blog (especially the PHM Studio Spaces) is like curling up with a brand new untouched magazine & a green tea latte on a rainy afternoon. DELIGHTFUL!
