split from peter marigold

amazing experiments in constructing and reinventing from british sculptor and designer, peter marigold.

"split", is a study on the shapes that can be born from a common piece of wood cut in four, shapes that come artistically arranged and become shelves or chairs. the angles can be interchanged but will always form a whole.

wow, these are incredible. i love how they look hanging on the wall like that-- it looks so organic, but perfectly planned at the same time.

I love how natural and fresh these look. They'd be perfect to bring the elements and the outdoors into a home.
