These are lovely - nice job Manifesto!
Soooooo cool. I love anything letterpress, but this is especially lovely!
love this! great find.
btw, very much looking forward to being a part of the next poppytalk market! thanks!
this calendar is great, and i was all the way through the ordering process until it tacked on the shipping price. $7.00....
I think shipping of $7 is a bit steep for a stack of paper, especially for an item that is only $10 (yes i know the original price was twice that, but still)
So, it is a really nice piece, i love letterpress, and it would look good on my wife's desk. But, higher then they should be shipping prices always hit a bit of a nerve with me.
Re: shipping
Devon from Manifesto here! I'd like to thank the folks at poppytalk for featuring our calendars. I also really dig the paper frames by ormolu.
I just wanted to announce that we've added USPS as a mailing option on our site. We were trying to keep things simple by sticking with one shipping method, but it's true that UPS rates seem a bit high for such light packages. We don't charge a handling fee or any markups on shipping, but after UPS raised it's rates again at the beginning of the year, the fees really are that high.
So I hope that the postal service can provide lower shipping costs for our tiny parcels!
Thanks,
Devon
Thanks for clarifying Devon and worth all the postage!
