shhhhhh very hush hush
Oh how cute! An airstream for a little shop. And such a cute name, "Very hush hush"! Fiona Richards sent in these pictures of her good friends, Tracy Fillion and Cathy Terepocki's gorgeous little store located in a 1964 airstream trailer. Fabulously retro-fitted to display their great collection of Canadian, indie-designed clothes, jewelry and home goods! Located and open all summer and into fall in Herridge Lane, Nelson B.C., Canada! (and if you can't make it to this beautiful part of the world, they both have online shops - thank goodness!):
hornofplenty.ca (Cathy's site) and Tracy's dear pony etsy shop.

This is a fun place to shop - and you don't need a mirror in the change room - just come outside and admire yourself in the shiny siding!
i love the trailer-as-boutique idea -- VERY innovative! And those ceramic pieces are very funny.
Good stuff.
fiona - too funny - i love that!
the scholar - those ceramics are great aren't they?
Wow that's awesome! I am off to check out their online shop...
Next time I go camping, i'm bringing one of those. Filled of course.
Oh my gosh, I'm going to plotz. That is mad cute. Have you seen the campground/hotel on the Oregon coast in the US that has old airstream trailers for rooms?

i ate at an airstream cafe in japan. i love love love them [but you knew that]
I lived in one of these trailers for a year, when I was working for a construction company. I got so tired of staying in cheap motels-most projects only lasted about 3 months and then you were off to the next location.
anon - yay nelson!
emma - i'd love to see a swedish airstream!
