new e-mail button

a new e-mail button for those of you that wish to decorate your blog. i just made it and it's free for the taking. just save the image to your desktop and upload to flickr or something like that and paste it into your sidebar. when linking the button to your email, just use the "img src" part of the code plus your email code as follows: (this is a sample only - do not use this code).

<a href="">
<img src=""/></a>

Thank you so much for doing this, would you be able to tell me WHERE I plug that info into?

When opening up the HTML for my blog I can't find anything that looks remotely like the wording or whatever that you used.

I can NOT figure out how to get this email link to work at all... so frustrated! LOL...

Hi Tiffany,

If you go to your template and place that code that's
on my blog right where you currently have your "you
can email me here" you can place the code there.

But first you will have to store the image somewhere
(like flickr) So if you have a flickr account.
upload the button to your flickr and then once it's
uploaded, click on "all sizes". to link the button
now to your sidebar you need to grab the photo's url
which is copy the number "2." code. then replace that
code into the code shown, starting on the line with
the img src=" (enter your photo url right beside
the " so it looks like the line below, only with your
code. just make sure you keep the tag after
your code.

then in the first line starting with a href=" enter
your email instead of the ""
and then make sure you keep the tag at the end ">

so it basically will look like this but with your
email and your image code in it.

hopefully that helps you.
