i enjoyed reading this interview on etsy on ashleyg that's currently being featured on their front page.
if you're thinking of setting up an etsy shop, but perhaps are a little hesitant, this interview is a good read to push you into taking the big step. i like interviews like this where you read about someone who's successful and encourages one that it's possible.

Agreed! No better motivation than to read the stories of some of the most successful sellers, and realize they started out just like the rest of us.
