Hmm. I like the colors, but the elements aren't "meshing" as nicely as they could. It's a little disjointed. The arc and the 3 boxes...it's a lot going on. The tagline looks like it's slapped on there...like it has no real home. *sigh*
I agree with Megan the elements are seeming very separate. Especially the light face they used for "Vancouver Airport Authority." It just kinds of fades into the background. Maybe that was the intention? I can't imagine why. Do you know which firm designed it?

not very exciting, but at least it's clean and not ugly???
i can think of only one word -
"safe"
Not so memorable, but clean and attractive. Out of curiosity, why is an airport referencing "sea"? Hopefully no jets will end up in the ocean...
