Makes me crave a trip out to the coast again! Last year, a friend & I spent a few hours wandering the rocks and trails at Lighthouse Park and an otter (my favourite animal) popped his head up out of the water to check us out!
lucky you to see the otter! lighthouse park is a great place to see.
